These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Skoolheads mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
Skoolheads Corporation (“Skoolheads”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates a social networking platform designed exclusively for currently enrolled high school students in the United States.
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
The Skoolheads platform is designed only for currently enrolled U.S. high school students.
To use Skoolheads you must:
Students enrolled in IEP, Special Education, 504, or transition programs up to age 22 may remain eligible under educational laws.
Accounts belonging to individuals who are not students may be suspended or removed.
To use the Platform, users must create an account. During registration you may be required to provide:

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Skoolheads is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
Skoolheads uses an invite system known as the “Tap-In System.”
Each verified student may receive a limited number of invitations which may be used to invite other eligible students.
The Tap-In system may record:
Misuse of the Tap-In system may result in suspension or removal of accounts.
Users may create and upload content including:
Users retain ownership of the content they create.
By uploading or posting content on Skoolheads, you grant Skoolheads a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content in connection with operating the platform.
This license allows Skoolheads to provide the services of the platform and display your content to other users.
The license ends when content is deleted, except where copies remain in backups or are required for safety investigations.
Users must follow community guidelines designed to maintain a safe environment for students.

Skoolheads reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or community guidelines.

Reports may be reviewed by moderation teams and appropriate actions may be taken to maintain platform safety.
Because Skoolheads is designed for high school students, we may cooperate with school officials in serious safety situations including:
We may disclose information to law enforcement when required by law, court order, or subpoena, or when necessary to prevent harm or criminal activity.
All trademarks, logos, software, and content associated with the Platform are the property of Skoolheads Corporation unless otherwise stated.
Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit platform materials without permission.
The Platform may contain links to third-party services or websites.
Skoolheads is not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.
Skoolheads may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose safety risks to other users.
Users may also delete their accounts at any time.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Skoolheads makes no guarantees regarding availability, reliability, or uninterrupted service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skoolheads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes occur, the updated version will include a revised “Last Updated” date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws.
